Iron Icicle Indoor Triathlon
Don’t take a timeout from training this winter! Start your year out by swimming, biking, and running past all those New Year’s resolutions! This event, in partnership with Rush Copley Hospital and Healthplex, allows athletes of any ability to show their best in one hour of exercise. Winners are determined by how far they can go in the time allotted. See how far you can swim in 10 minutes, bike in 20 minutes, and run in 15 minutes. Enter our family division where adult distances are averaged and added to the children’s average. Cash Prizes are awarded for Overall Male, Overall Female, and Family Division winners. Fee includes gear bag with goodies. Register online, or print a race entry form to mail or fax in.
